**NCGA Qualifier Eligibility: Wildhawk Players Association (WPA) members must play in no less than
three(3) WPA club tournaments during the twelve(12) months preceding an NCGA Qualifier Tournament
to be eligible to win that qualifier.  Tournaments must result in a postable tournament score for handicap purposes.
