Tournament Rule Revisions - (Rule 3-5) Run Down - Players handicap will be adjusted to the Tee's being played -
In all fun tournaments except for the NCGA Tournaments.

Skins Game - Non-Official - The month of May would be a good time to try this type of tournament. IF MONEY IS COLLECTED, ALL OF IT MUST BE DISTRIBUTED BACK TO THE
PLAYERS OF THAT EVENT.
Any Tournament Player Exemptions - must be brought to the board for review.
Slow Play Actions Taken: The item is tabled for now.
Charity Tournament for Veterans? Would like to have 144 players for the Charity Event to be successful.

Board Meeting Minutes can be posted on the website by Bruce after Board approves them.

Current checking Account balance is $10,230.52
We have a $5,000/$6,000 NCGA bill we have to pay.

Tournament payout is all the money collected, except 10% for the rainy day fund.

Current 2011 membership number is 177. Ten more than last year at this time.

Website Improvements/Suggestions:
Would like to add Membership Roster to website - Do we need approval?
Send broadcast email to all the members and let them decide if they want
to join Membership Online Roster.
Tournament entry Forms Online
Board members please send in Bio's so Bruce can add to the pictures.
Set up "PayPal" - estimated cost is $1.30 per transaction + 3%. WPA members could then re-new WPA membership ad sign
up for monthly Tournaments.
Please provide Tournament Results so they can be posted to the website.
